We send all our items via Royal Mail at a charge of £3.99 and we aim to deliver within 5-7 working days. If your order is urgent we also offer an "express delivery" option at a cost of £6.99 and aim to delivery these between 2-3 days. We can only deliver to the UK.

All orders placed for collection in-store will be contacted with details of when your order will be available. These will be limited at the moment due to government restrictions.
In the unfortunate circumstances of an item or items being out of stock we will contact you with details of when the item/s are due to be available again.
If you have a change of heart you can return your item/s for a full refund (this does not include postage charges). Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase and in the same condition that they were received. Please include your name, contact information and order number. Refunds will only be given to the original purchaser.
Any item/s received damaged or in an unsatisfactory condition must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery for refunds or replacements to be issued. In most circumstances will request photographic evidence and/or the return of the item. In these cases we will also refund all postage charges incurred by you.
With all returns we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit and recommend that you use a trackable service.
All refunds will be issued by us as a matter of urgency but in unusual circumstances they may take up to 30 days.
