We send all our parcels by Royal Mail.
Standard Delivery - £3.99 or free for orders of £35+
This is a “signed for” service and we aim for parcels to be delivered within 5 working days.

Special Delivery - £6.99
If you need your order sooner then we offer an express service. Your order will be sent by Special Delivery which is guaranteed next day by 1pm. This only applies to orders placed Monday - Thursday before 3pm. We cannot guarantee next day delivery for orders placed outside these times and postage refunds will not be given for items received later.
All orders placed for collection in-store will be contacted with details of when your order will be available.
In the unfortunate circumstances of an item or items being out of stock we will contact you with details of when the item/s are due to be available again.
If you have a change of heart you can return your item/s for a full refund (this does not include postage charges). Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase and in the same condition that they were received. Please include your name, contact information and order number. Refunds will only be given to the original purchaser.
Any item/s received damaged or in an unsatisfactory condition must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery for refunds or replacements to be issued. In most circumstances will request photographic evidence and/or the return of the item. In these cases we will also refund all reasonable postage charges incurred by you.
With all returns we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit and recommend that you use a trackable service.
All refunds will be issued by us as a matter of urgency but in unusual circumstances they may take up to 30 days.
Due to hygiene reasons we cannot exchange or refund on earrings, unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
